In addition to his work at Hunter Lewis LLC, Troy LeMaile-Stovall is the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of TEDCO, Maryland’s economic engine for technology companies. TEDCO facilitates
the creation of business and supports their growth in all regions of Maryland. TEDCO’s role is to be Maryland’s leading source of funding for early-stage, technology-based businesses; to provide other business assistance to entrepreneurs throughout the State; and to foster technology transfer and commercialization from the State’s universities and Federal labs. Troy previously served as chief operating officer of the University of the District of Columbia (UDC). He has also served as EVP/COO at Howard University ($900M budget, 10,500 students) and Sr. VP/CFO at Jackson State University ($180M, 8,500 students), where he was awarded the Thurgood Marshall HBCU CFO of the Year.
